Implement dynamic homepage link in WordPress menu

We require a freelancer experienced in HTML, PHP, JavaScript & any other necessary languages to code & implement a dynamic homepage link in our WordPress menu.

The basic functionality we need is depending on what URL you enter the website from, the "Home" link in the menu will change to always go back to the entry URL.
I.e. Default homepage is /[url removed, login to view] ("Home" defaults to this)
User enters from /[url removed, login to view] and the "Home" link changes to this entry URL.
The dynamic link must last for the entire time the user is on the website, regardless what page they visit. After the user closes the whole website, the session expires and if they visit again from a different landing page or via default homepage, it will start a new session based on this.

** Must be completed within 2-3 days (Ideally inclusive of the weekend) **
** Must be easy to work on from the backend, as we will be split testing multiple (3-4) landing pages at one time (Hence the need for this functionality) **
** Must be done in WordPress and implementable with Thrive Themes (The WYSIWYG editor we are using for landing page development)
Please provide proposal for how this can be done, estimated time frame and cost estimate.
