Increase eBay API call limit for FindingService

I have a simple app that I use to search for items on ebay using the FindingService API. It is a client side app, we only send requests out to eBay. We do not receive any requests or store any login or subscriber information.

It is a simple html/javascript application that sends requests using FindingService API.

I would like to increase the current 5000 API limit as we exceed that very quickly. I need someone who is experienced in this to pass the application check for our app.
