Installing Axelor CRM on Linux (Ubuntu)

We are trying to Install Axelor CRM to our Linux Servers. The company has an Installation guide and has everything almost set up and ready to go, However, I am having a hard time placing the files at the right place and creating the database properly. This should not take more than 20 - 30 min as I am not requesting you to modify the CRM/ERP itself.
Step by step of what I need:
1. Setup and Install the CRM/ERP on our Linux Server and connect to our domain.
2. Setup the SSL Certificate (Let's Encrypt) Including Auto-Renewal.
3. Create an [login to view URL] script file so I can install it later on if we decide to change servers etc.
