Hi i read your requirement : issue in Order management extension made by Mageworx Problem: after we submit an order, the items ordered is not shown in the order item list in the back end. Just for Configurable product with option. -Sales> Orders> Create New Order -Select User – example (any) -Chose any site view> add item (search for SKU configurable type and add option) chose any quantity -Submit the order. -Now the problem is, you not going to see any items in the order items list.
