I do not think that a javascript update of the product that is added to the cart is the right way to implement this. The module you are using should include database/post entries for the user defined options. These values would be available during checkout as well. I belive the right way to implement this features is to 1. analyze your shipping condition plugin. It might be possible to easily change the behavior of this plugin to use the user defined values instead of the configured values. If it is not possible with the current source code it would certainly be possible after a modification, however, this would have to be done again after an update (could be as easy as changing a few lines). 2. If you update your shipping module often or instead prefer a solution with javascript, the right place for a modification is during the checkout. But such a solution also depends on the implementation of both plugins. In any case: * the project requires most likely a custom wordpress plugin * the analysis can be done offline but development and testing has to be done on your server. this should not effect your live installation with running orders (testing would be restricted to testing orders) I agree that a solution is possible within 3 days.
