Joomla Project - Create 2-Step Form & Integrate with Salesform

I need help building a 2-step lead capture form. Step 1 will be on the homepage & near the footer throughout the site. Step 2 will have its own page. Ideally, Step 2 would NOT ask for the email again. I want to keep the email address as part of the form so I get it when it sends me an email. Perhaps it could be part of a hidden field? I'm open to your expertise on this and will look for your advice. A few important things: *The website is being built on the Joomla platform.
