I am trying to send an email after a user submits the contact form. On my own server this was working fine, however after transferring the site over to the clients server I am getting the following error message when trying to send the mail notification: message: "Connection could not be established with host [login to view URL] :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to tcp://[login to view URL] (Network is unreachable)" I suspect there is an issue with the server configuration (Plesk) and not with the code as this was working fine on my own server. This should be a quick fix (and quick payment!) for someone who knows what they are doing.

Hi. You can quickly fix that issue with this options: 1) change MAIL_DRIVER=smtp to MAIL_DRIVER=sendmail in ".env" file and if the 1st not help, try 2) in console via SSH sudo setenforce 0 regards, Yuiry

Hi there! I don't really have time to help you out at the moment, but please remember that sending out mails with gmail is not a good idea at all. While your localhost probably had a dynamic IP and the IP didn't get used for spam before, there is a big chance your static server IP might have (or you sent too many emails out, and got flagged). Gmail is known for flagging spammers pretty fast, so while it might be a port which is blocked (or an outgoing user), this could also be the reason why! You can use MailGun or similiar services to mass-send emails without getting flagged.
