Need extension of existing project made by Won project (transport) The followings needs to be done: 1. In Dash board some changes are required to be done immediately. a.(driver) has to be linked to the driver file. So when we click the driver in dash board we can see everything about the driver. b. Vehicle needs to be linked to the vehicle file so that we can see vehicle details. c. Vehicle Reg and make should be showing in dashboard [login to view URL] needs to have a link in dashboard so when we click we can see pa file e. Add upload photo for PA file and that needs to be displayed in pa file when clicked f. add upload photo for driver file and that needs to be displayed in a driver file when clicked. g. UKBA upload status needs to be added in the driver file Note: all these should reflect in driver and pa file when click to review. 2. Create and link invoice to the current project wages system a. no. of trips in invoice needs to be linked with no of trips in wages of existing project b. invoice price needs to be linked with invoice price in transport project c. client name needs to be linked with clients in transport project d. each client needs to be linked with taxi number as in jobs in transport project. e. pickup address has to be linked with client transport project f. drop off address has to be linked with client transport project g. journey date has to be linked in format given in example file. Trip rate has to be linked in jobs with transport project. k. waiting time has to be linked with jobs in transport project. L. total exclusive vat has to be linked in calculation (trips*rate) M. Vat needs to be included in invoice calculation (total exclusive*.20) N. Total inclusive vat has to be calculated (total exclusive vat+vat) O. Invoice number needs to be starting from 1084 automatically P. Invoice date has to be weekending Sunday like 28.10.2018 (the next one needs to be taken) Q. The purchase order number field number needs to be left empty (for us to fill) R. The Supplier No. field needs to be left empty (for us to fill) S. The sample invoice has to be copied in the excel design and linked to the existing transport system. The invoice has to be same format no changes at all.
