I have an App which uses Javascript, Plain Html and Bootstrap. There are a set of questions are present and after entering the data, there is a Save Button. After that, the results will be displayed in a text box. I showed the App Behaviour in the PDF file. Requirements: 1. Login for this App, Captcha and Token (For verification). 2. New users are not allowed and only Admin Can Add Users or issue Unique Token. 2. After login, they should access the App and should able to use this App. 3. If they wish to save the results to a database then they should be able to save it to the Database. 4. Option for the User for Downloading CSV File into their Computer or Mobile Phone. ********************************** The Admin Interface (Access Via Computer or Web Interface) Add New Users Download the Data as CSV File Based on Unique Tokens User Interface Should Contain Login Logout Download CSV Files Display the set of tools: Plain Javascript, HTML Scripts - (Without Disturbing) At the end and results page of the above tool, one Button for Asking User for Saving the Results to a Centralized Database. High security is required and any method can be used. It should work on Godaddy Ultimate Server. Try to read carefully all the requirements and then send proposals. The app should be lightweight.
