Looking for a dating app made for IOS/Android + website pages

I want to get someone/team to develop a DATING WEBSITE, with the bonus of APPs on iOS and android, this will have features pulled from the following sites…pof, badoo, thaifriendy and tinder plus others. The was due to start a month ago, but 2 companies have let me down. I have placed this project here before and KNOW how many hours for the apps from over a dozen people, so please don't think you can get away with over charging. My domain and name is copyrighted in the UK and to view any of my files you agree that you will not use for your own use. I brought both a apple store and google store accounts ready for someone to upload. The website will be at present for links for help, guides, links from app to pages for like terms of use, as well as what free users get and paid get and download links for apps. Website MUST be able to store members details and data (sync with apps) for feature move to a full usable website like badoo etc at a later date. Also some placements for banners on site to sell space and random google ads etc. Admin login. The app will have free options , paid options and also a way for users to pay as you go by buying tokens. I have some art work that i did in sketch (49)and want someone who can use that art work and add to it in the design and colours i like. The person/team must understand that you will be given 10-20% of every sale from when the app is live to the world. So you have the incentive to make sure the app is great and eye catching for users to buy. In the file i have added ideas from last year but to add to this i would like the option were users who buy tokens can also get FREE tokens a day by watching adverts. I have seen this on some known game apps that you can watch say 4 videos a day for 100 tokens. This of course must be some sort of group we join so that I get paid for people viewing the adverts/videos and maybe also paid if a user downloads/installs said app/game Please read the files i have uploaded. The only milestones im looking at doing are broken down as the following: 10% when we have both agree terms after you have sent me your tender/proposal of time frames, features etc. 10% after you have shown what the artwork will look like for the site, ios app and android app and how features will work. both parties agree to go ahead. (THIS is where we both could depart) 20% after when beta apps ready for both os and website and bug hunting starts and ironed out. 10% once proven everything working and uploaded to apple and google for testing. This will leave 50% The last 30% (remember 20% is always from sales and support) will be broken down to 10% given once both stores confirm are bug free ( you may have to work on it if they are sent back) 10% after paper work to agree what you have done and that the app has been deemed working and bug free. 10% once all code, files and other details are uploaded to a VPS and project signed over. It will be the person/team/company obligation to do all they code and testing on there own servers and that I will not be buying or providing hosts.
