We're looking for an experienced Drupal developer with 5+ years exp to do some technical SEO optimization, like change [login to view URL] file, make sure there are no duplicates etc. Just small changes for xml sitemap and metatags. Make sure that all proper tags for search engine are in place on all pages. If not, setup rules for them and/or add necessary fields so users would fill them manually. check [login to view URL] for proper conditions, make sure that 301 redirect is setup correctly, then check the page templates in order to make sure that it is seo-optimized. As part of SEO plan, we want to get rid i18n module and use a service like [login to view URL] with URL
If you're not familiar with Drupal, don't bother. We have a Serious Drupal developer that doesn't like correcting mistakes. You should be committed to doing things the "Drupal-way" to keep sites easily-extendable and well-maintainable. Our Sr developer has over eight year experience with Drupal 7 and consider himself well versed in the "Drupal way".
You should have experience with:
-Panels
-Views
-Core and security updates - and when they are necessary
-Front-end theming (css/jQuery/html and the like)
-ApacheSolr Search
* Entities API, Forms API (with AJAX), Fields API, Features, Panels, Plugins
* Ctools API: custom plugins, modal dialogs, multistep forms
* Views API: handlers and plugins, altering, pre- post-processing
* Rules API: custom extensions, conditions, tokens, actions, triggers, feeds
We prefer someone from Russia or Eastern Europe so we share the same timezone. We're currently in Kyiv. We do things once here. No mistakes. Depending on how things go, we might hire you for other work.
