Looking for a Kiosk App for Windows 10 (or Chrome OS)

We have a basic Kiosk type store skin in Magento. We tried running it in Windows 10 Kiosk mode, but MS Kiosk is not secure enough.

Out site consists of three large main 'Tile' links that can be pressed using our Windows 10 touchscreen. I won't provide a link this right now, but an image to give you and idea. It's attached.

The products come from Magento.

The app needs the usual functionality when buying a product(s).

We want this replicated to an app so we can run it in Windows 10 (or maybe Chrome OS), with a touchscreen. Users will be able to purchase products with Paypal, but also later a Verifone card terminal attached.

We'd need this pretty quickly. No hanging about. So please don't say you can do it quickly and not deliver on the agreed time. I'll limit this to maximum two weeks to delivery.

We will have many other projects coming up and I'm looking for a good developer who is highly skilled, efficient, on time and reasonably priced.
