Looking to get Designed few websites

I am looking to get following sites designed on wordpress: Please use reference websites as guide. Pls send one proposal price for all websites and don't try to negotiate. Make very simple logos using the name of the sites for using in header. All sites must be SEO optimized and have search engine crawled to get ranking on google search engine. Add lot of kewords for SEO. You will also do all tricks to drive trafic to the websites like using facebook, twitter, instagram etc. Also you will link the website to Google analytics

For online checkout I prefer to use paypal.. I need multiple revision til my satisfaction. The price can not be negotiated once you send the proposal and I award you the project. All file must be sent to me in original formats. You will provide me wordpress file for uploading as well as help it install to my hosting website. The website will be tested from my hosting server to make sure its fully functional. Plus provide technical support for sometime so that websites are functional.
