Looking to pay a cryptocurrency- blockchain developing expert to create a utility token

Hi, I just got back from the National Bitcoin conference in Miami and finally think I am ready to pursue my own token. I have been in the cryptocurrency space since 2012. Although, have only been approaching it seriously this past year. I am very approachable, easy and fun to work with. I am needing a developer who fully understands blockchain principles, who I can run my ideas against and hopefully start something bigger. In hopes of creating my own alt-coin. Please advise and send your proposal if you feel like your'e the right candidate. I am aware I do not have any history of paid jobs, only because I am new to this site.
