Hello, We are working for a client who is looking to to build a custom Loyalty Program System. Once the system will live we will be helping the client on the ongoing basis. Please apply only once you have understood properly to save both of our time. We will offer the customer free card (visiting card size) with unique QR code. (you must guide us how we can print unique QR on individual card. We need a dashboard 1 for the retail unit and 1 for the admin (myself) (dashboard I can do a custom website or WordPress website) We will have over 100 retail unit using this service. When customer visits the unit. Shop assistant will scan the QR Code (you have guide us the correct scanner) which can scan and process it to the backend. Customer gets 1 point for each £1 Customer can redeem the point for certain product e.g. When they have 200 points they can claim 1 Burger, when they have 100 points they can claim 1 ice tea or so no. If they have enough points and they want to redeem it, shop assistant scans the QR on the dashboard (they will have pc to do this) it will bring up the customer details and click the point they want to redeem (We need a tab to click e.g 50 points, 100 points, 150 points, 200 points and so on) And the point will automatically deduct from their total. Customer can login to the website (it will be basic responsive site just to check their total points, when they received the point, which outlet they receive the point and when they redeemed the point. Me as a admin I must have access to a dashboard, which should allow me to add new outlet (outlet name/ address/outlet number/ owner name/phone number/website/email address/points and reward they are offering) Also, I should be able to see how many customers we have, how many outlets we have, how many points was redeemed, which outlet was redeemed, when was redeemed and so one (may have few more along the project process) So basically, you will advise us the correct hardware (scanner), system should be interconnected to all outlet, user friendly, easy to use.
