Magento multi distributors bulk import

We have a Magento 1.9.3.7 -Standard and want to automate product feeds from distributors, such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Westcoast, and CMS distribution. We also want the ability to create flexible rules for automated pricing, and synchronize product availability: stock levels, backorder status, new or discontinued items, price changes, etc. - Import content from ICECat - product data, images and spec sheets using Mageconnector - Check real time price and availability from distributors (XML). ICEcat can provide a categorization advise in most cases, but you have to be compatible with ICEcat category structure, which is multilevel and derived from UNSPSC.
