Magento 1.9x plugin developer for creating an integration between a sms messaging Rest API

We are looking for a developer who has knowledge in Magento 1.9x plugin development and integration with Rest APIs. The job consists to develop a plugin that provide an integration with a Rest API of a messaging company. The idea is to use this module to send sms notifications for the store customers when they made purchases, register, when the orders are shipped or any other order status changed previously configured in the module. One of the mainly requisites is the plugin be in the Magento marketplace store. Plugin details: - Login 1. The client is able to log in to the plugin and after login will be directed to the system Dashboard screen - Dashboard 1. User can view top sent SMS statistics based on the order status of their ecommerce orders 2. User view their available balance available to send SMS 3. User can access through a menu the options of: 3a. Access the SMS dashboard system to buy credits or register payments recurrence. 3b. Register templates for sending order status SMS 3c. View sent and received SMS reports - Templates 1. On the template screen, the user has the following options: 1a. Add a new template for sending SMS messages 1b. Edit a template already registered 1c. Remove a template already registered 2. On the add new template screen the user has the following options: 2a. Select in a combo box an event (Observer) that SMS will be triggered to be sent. (Customer registration, order placed, order canceled, etc ...) 2b. Insert in a textarea for the message that will be sent in the SMS content 2c. A counter label the with amount of credits that will be consumed in the template using the following calculation: - If =< 160 characters is displayed message that only one credit will be consumed - If > 160 characters, the number of characters must be divided by 153 and rounded to the largest integer number to know the amount of credits consumed in sending the message. - Reports 1. Sent SMS Reports (Delivery statuses can be used through callback method) 1a. Order reference 1b. Used template 1c. Customer name 1d. Customer Email 1e. Sent date 1f. Delivery status 1g.
