Magento Store launch

Looking freelancer with high availability to complete magento store in 20-25 days ( is fastest is better ) WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR 1. Create magento store with template i will deliver 2. 2 languages (english and spanish) i will handle translation, but i need you teach me how to do it. Additionally i need the default language be the browswer language. 3. Add language switch and currency selector 4. Customer groups configuration. Each product will have different price according customer which are purchasing. 10. I need a function called "Pickup place" in which i create a name and a email how it works? during checkout if user choose pickup place "a" then the email confirmation order will be sent to email "A" but if was choosen pickup place "b" then email will be sent to email "B" 11. Check responsive view works correclty and configure PWA ( i will purchase and deliver pwa plugin) 12. When customer is filling shipping address i need appear google map autocomplete with a map to move pin and select exact position where he want to receive his package. Additionally an extra text field for he write whatever he want 13. Create a function called "transaction fee". The admin decide on admin panel the % of this fee and when customers decide to pay with credit card then will be applied the transaction fee on total cost. In admin panel i should be able to select to which customers groups this fee will be applied. 14. configure or teach me how to configure shipping and prices. 15. make final revision for be sure we have a professional store , attractive and easy to use i think all requirements are clear, if something is missing will be something obvious which is required and related to basic store function. if you have work examples related to magento would be great..
