Currently our Magento based website is not displaying the information of the CVV code (3 digit number on the back of the credit card) of the customer when they make a purchase. Information is one of the mandatory fields but it does not display for us to make the offline credit card processing.

Well, it shouldn't display such information, as this against law, and the PCI compliance, in order for you to gain such access you need the consumer approval, otherwise, it'll be illegal.
