Magneto 2 Commission Extension

I need a Magento 2 extension created for tracking commission on products. Here is the situation: Each month, a report needs to run that shows a list of orders, and line items on those orders, with a commission amount. The commission will vary depending upon the commission tier of the product, and a grand total of sales + grand total commissions should be displayed at the bottom of the report. The report will be just a screen in the Magento admin. It doesn't need to generate a document or be exportable. Past reports should be viewable pulling real-time from the order data in Magento. Commission tiers will need to be configurable as a list in the Magento admin. For example, Tier 1 may have a commission rate of 18%, and Tier 2 might be 22%. One or more commission tiers should be able to be created, and one of the tiers will be selected as the default. Products will need a new drop-down field to select the commission tier. If none is selected, then it's assumed the product will be assigned the default commission tier selected on the other screen.
