Make changes to ShipEx HTML site

1. Sticky Menu still disappears and then reappears in place. Fixable? 2. The get a quote red box always needs to take them to the bottom of the page where they get the form. When they hit submit it goes to mike (@) [login to view URL] 3. Apply now button needs to take them to the footer of “Work For Us” and the “Apply to Drive” form. We also still need to update the fields to say: First Name Last Name Email Phone City State Zip The submit button should then send the form to jobs (@) [login to view URL] 4. Main office # is still 7201. Needs to be 7100 About ShipEX 1. There are 2 Work for Us tabs on the footer. Just remove one. Our Services 1. Freight Quote needs to take them to the footer of the page to the Request a Quote form. Submit needs to send the info to mike (@) [login to view URL] Work for Us 1. Additional Position needs to be Additional Positions and just send email to jobs (@) [login to view URL] 2. Remove testimonials in the footer. 3. Apply To Drive (See #3 under home page) Contact Us 1. Remove the map 2. The Submit button on the “How can we assist you” form needs to go to info (@) [login to view URL]
