Managing Symfony 4 project - creating website

I treat the whole project educatively. I would like to learn how to create websites using Symfony 4. I am looking for a person who will lead from A to Z with the whole process of building a website. I will do all the work myself, and the supervisor (mentor) will set the next task points and verify the quality of my performance (code review, tips, what can be changed, how to do otherwise, what better solutions to accept, etc.). I would expect 2-4 hours of consultations per week (flexible scheduling - I live in the Central European time zone (GMT + 01:00) and I would prefer consultations in the 8 am - 6 pm time zone corresponding to my zone). What I would like to implement would be a website with opinions on various services. Basic assumptions of the entire project: 1. Preparing the environment for work. 2. Setting an action plan 3. A general outline of the page to create: A. Service: - main page with a brief specification of the most popular blog entries and the most commented services as well as recent entries and recent opinions - displaying service descriptions - displaying opinions - blog - contact page - site with your own offer - PayPal and BTC payment connection B. Users: - account registration option - the ability to post opinions on a given service (even without registration) - the possibility of voting for or against any other opinion - the ability to comment on opinions - after logging into the account, the ability to post blog entries - the ability to comment on blog entries - access to some pages only after logging in C. Admin: - the ability to add / edit / delete service descriptions - the ability to add / edit / delete blog entries - the ability to add / edit / delete reviews and comments - the ability to add / edit / delete user accounts - generating reports Of course, everything is subject to any modification - as I said, I treat it educational and it's about learning, not about service. I would define my knowledge at a basic level (both object-oriented and Symfony 2/3/4). I would like to gain knowledge that will allow me to run such projects myself at a later stage.
