MapBox Interactive Zip Code selection using shapefile overlay

OVERLAY on a MapBox map that shows the shape file outline of all 48 US zip codes that allows a user to: 1.) see all the shape and it's borders 2.) click on a zip code shape and the area or outer edges becomes highlighted or changes color 3.) the corresponding zip code(a) for that shape are added to a Iist that appends with each click of a new shape. I have a shape file of zip codes I need it to be delivered on July 27 My budget is $800 if you deliver it finished and 100% working by July27 IF you deliver it early, I will give a $200 bonus I hired a horrible project manager to do this job and he lied to me and delayed to the point I canceled the job and am now reposting it. Here are his lies: paritoshikpaul is a liar and a thief. He has continually failed to meet EVERY SINGLE deadline. He has promised work to be delivered but has not upheld a single milestone. He has admitted he has failed, then asked for more time and more money. I have been flexible to work with this liar all along, but he has only failed to do a single thing he says he will do. He and his whole team are inept programmers trying to steal money from hard working Americans.
