hi i have checked your current website and i would like to ask. 1. do you want to use the same design and layout for new site 2. why don't you use a fresh new design which will be responsive across every browser and device (PC/Laptop/Ipad/tablet/mobile). i would like to hear from you about these two question and then i will provide my best services. i have developed several websites and have updated/migrated and fixed many websites since the joomla 2 was released and still doing it on release of 3.x.x.
