Move a Forum up multiple places in phpBB3.

In phpBB3: On the Forum Administration page, greatly symplify moving a Forum/Category from the bottom, or near the bottom, of the admin page, up many places, to upper levels of the admin page - at least one line at a time, preferably multile lines at a time, or, ideally, to a predetermined destination. Rignt now, one must find the line item that is to be moved up, click on the item's up arrow, then find the item again and repeat. If you need to move something quite few places it can be quite time consuming for this process, and if multiple items need moving, the task becomes quite boring to perform. If there were a way to, say, highlight the subject, then just click the mouse for each move up, it would be quite helpful. If it were at all possible to, say, highlight the item to be moved and then the item it needs to be moved just under, and click a mouse, it would be extremely helpful, and an excellent time saver. Or, possibly, add a code to the subject line of the item to be moved and another one to the target line = say, move this item from here (##1) to just under here (###). I need whatever will be the most efficient time wise for set up and execution.
