I am trying to find someone with knowledge in creating Websites. There is a game called Yoworld, who desperately needs a up to date price guide and I wanted to jump on it asap. I want a site that is somewhat unique like [login to view URL] and Yorehab.com. I also want a Forum attached to it. Eventually I want to attach a plugin where people can login and have there own custom avatar. I don't have the biggest investment for this web site.
