Need PHP expert to customize project management script

Hello. I am in need of a skilled PHP developer to make some customizations to a script we bought from Code Canyon. The script is a project management software that lets us manage our clients and projects. Here is a link to the script: [login to view URL] There are 3 customizations we need: 1. The script sends out notification when we add a new project, but it does not send out notifications when each task is completed. We need to have this created, and also add a new email template, so we can customize message that goes out by email when each task is completed. 2. We also need ability to assign a task to a client. RIght now, this functionality is not there. We can only assign a task to an admin. 3. We need ability to create project task template. Right now, we have to create a new set of tasks for every project we create. This can be very time consuming. So, we need to be able to create a set of tasks in a template, so we can use again and again. Please look over the script, and try a demo so you have understanding.
