I'm looking to get some sort of CRM developed, however only I can access it. There will be no frontend for the client. Inside it, I'll need the following - * Invoicing * Support Tickets * Customers Database * Services Database Also may look at Email Piping so if someone emails support@[login to view URL] then it'll create a ticket for me. And when I reply to the ticket it'll send the customer an email for them to reply to. I have a WordPress website. If you wish to include the CRM within WordPress (if it's easier) feel free or if it's separate that's also fine.

First of all, what ever you have mentioned here regarding CRM is possible but it will difficult to do customization with WP. there are many other ways to build CRM with easy efforts. kindly open chat.
