Need a PHP Script to Automate Our MLS RETS Downloads

I need to have a script written or ideally the right candidate will already have this script written or something similar that can be edited slightly to work for my needs. We are updating our wordpress theme to the Houzez theme to take advantage of our MLS's RETS Listing feed. the link to the theme is [login to view URL] The theme itself includes a script that uses WP ALL IMPORT to import the listing we get from our MLS. There is a quick video of how it works on youtube here [login to view URL] **Important note** We use the CRMLS feed in California and they use a separate "Media" server to store their image information. So you will need to make two search queries for each property which will return two objects and then the script will need to merge them. I have been able to create the script to grap the properties but dont have the time now to finish it. Again, Ideally, you already have this script written for another project you did previously that you can use with a couple of tweaks possible for the Media server difference. Here is what we want it to do and it will simply return a csv or xml file that WP ALL IMPORT can import on a time schedule that I will create in WP All Import. I will handle all the imports and timed cronjobs via WP ALL IMPORT. 1. Grab the entire database based on search criteria(one time only) 2. Run incremental updates to find changes to records 2.
