Need Windows App or Script for Courier / Carrier API to generate AWB from Excel list

Hi, I can do this within few hours...i m more than expert in reading excel file and sending data to API and receiving response etc...but I need some more details of your excel file because the sample request you have attached has many fields that are not in excel file.....will need to discuss this...thanks
