New plugin for Question2Answer PHP script

Question2Answer is a Q&A PHP script and I’m using it on my website. My objective is to get automatic Questions content from other websites that use Question2Answer too, so users on my website can answer those questions.

This should be scheduled so that every 30 minutes it compares the questions in RSS feed and if it doesn't found in database, should create it.

It's something like "FeedWordPress" plugin which is available for WordPress.

Note: It must support Arabic content from Arabic Websites.
