I want to have a website and a mobile app (android), which will basically have study materials and online test for competitive examinations . Here is the gist of what I am looking for. 1. Whoever hooks up will be able to view the detail in the website- such as the objective, study and exam plan, …. 2. Any user can register with a valid email and mobile… there will be two way authentication OTP for both the email and mobile… 3****Required a database server and database application with admin rights to upload and modify,.. .. 4. he candidates can see the answers only after completing the test and confirmation by submission or on expiry of time… 5 we will upload some study material, chapter wise and a test on that chapter. Finally there will be mock tests on the entire syllabus according the exact exam pattern and syllabus. A registered user can take sample tests.. but to get full access, the user needs to make payment. The interface to be available on the web as well as on android app. Please response with the details: 1) Front-end design details 2) Back-end engine design, Admin Panel for the data entry 3) Timeline and estimation 4) domain name 5) server etc I also need support for few months.

Hey Sure, But I have doubts like, 1) The quiz will be MCQ type of mixed? 2) Do we need to show the Timer on the test page? Each question will time limit or total time limit? 3) Can I take the same test again in 24 hr? 4) Will each subject has different question Papers ever time I load that exam? 5) Can I purchase Study Material too on site?
