Optimise Website According To Google Page Insights

Hi, I want my page to get a good score on Google Page Insights. I especially need the mobile experience to be faster as I'm getting bad scores for Google Adwords landing page experience. I would like both mobile and desktop to rank 90+ in Page Insights. Mobile is currently at 30, and Desktop at 67. Some things that would need fixing: - Time To First Byte - Eliminate render-blocking resources - Defer unused CSS - Minimise main thread work - Ensure text remains visible during webfont load - Enable gzip compression - And more I do not want plugins for the above and any other changes, I want it to be coded. I want to continue using the same fonts and theme. I do not want plugins disabled (unless you find a conflict, in which case please check with me first). Please only accept this project if you can optimise my site to 90+ on Page Insights, and within the time frame and budget you specify, and without changing the appearance of my website. Please also double check any changes you make, because I've had other developers make changes, not check their work and leave my site not functioning properly or broken for a couple of days.
