I am sorry but no advanced optimization can be done on a website hosted on "wordpress managed hosting". This kind of thing is good for noobs, but terrible in case you want to opt for an advanced optimization like you do. They don't let you use the plug-ins you want in order to get your website optimized. It will never get even close to perfection. There is no chance for you to have an advanced optimization done on it. Please move it to normal, shared hosting, and only then ask for an advanced optimization to be done on it by someone. In case you do that, then you can count on me for this job. I'm an expert that deals exclusively with page speed optimization.
