Orders System using php

Hello i wanna create simple ordering system to take orders from Sales men and processed by accountant and the warehouse employee. the user are: - Admin - Sales Man - Accountant - Warehouse manger function by each user: - Admin * Create and manage users like Sales man, Accountant, Warehouse and client * Report with filter (Date, user, order status, item, etc) - Sales man * Create Orders as following: ----- Enter the client name or create new client ----- Enter the items needed ( he will enter item code and the items detail will be shown and he can adjust the quantity only) ----- Enter payment terms ----- Submit Order (After submitting order will be shown for warehouse and accountant) * Create new Client * Check orders he made old and current and the ability to edit current orders - Warehouse * Check orders he got from sales man * Confirm order and print Exit form with all the content of the order * Check old orders history - Accountant * Check orders he got from sales man * Confirm order and print invoice form with all the content of the order with their price * Check old orders history the system should be build using PHP any framework is acceptable preferred ignite or laravel should be responsive for mobile use Timeline 2 to 3 weeks max Budget 200$
