Payment processor integration for CMS system

We have a CMS system that needs payment processor integration for [login to view URL] and PayPal. At the moment with our CMS system a client has the ability to add a profile for free, which is then authorised/ approved by the site admin, we need to add the payment processor in between this option. 1. Integrate [login to view URL] & PayPal processors 2. Area in backend Admin to put processor merchant details 3. Area in backend admin to set pricing packages/ subscription lengths/ name of product 4. Email sent to client 1 day before payment package expires 5. Login details sent to client on payment approval 6. Profiles suspended when payment package runs out and email sent to client 7. Ability to activate profiles manually (free) 8. Ability to edit sent emails in backend admin area 9. On front end of site – Payment area choose package, added to current registration area 10. Client payment history to be added to current members login area I cannot stress enough that we need not only professionalism, but reliability from the winning bidder. There is the potential for much work with us for the correct accountable person or team.
