PHP Code Changes To Comment/Rating Site

Hello,
We need coding changes to our classifieds php website for the comment/rating system. Our site uses the geocore classifieds script.
Here are the detailed changes needed and images are attached:
1. "Questions" section on listings page: Change to show 3 recent questions at a time. If listing has more than 3 questions, show link to expand listing to view the rest of the available questions/answers.
2. Show rating star score under all "Featured" images sections. Like picture 2 attached.
3. In each listing page, move comments/rating section from separate page into the listing page below the "questions" section. Also, ratings/comments need to show the star rating that was given by the user. Similar style as picture 3 attached.
4. Rating/Comments viewing: show 3 recent comments/ratings at a time on the listing page. If listing has more than 3 comments/ratings, show link to view the rest of the available comments/questions.
5. Decrease the Height of the "header logo section" so there is not too much white space. Image attached.
