PHP/cURL script to get data from JSON API

I need simple PHP script to get all userdata from external API url with username and password. Results should be saved to MySQL database to corresponding table. GET requests are responsed in JSON format via API. Offer your services ONLY if you can start working on it right away. I need this FAST (couple of days max.)! Specs: Variables/fields to GET and save: data_id (auto increment) timestamp scoring (credit score from 0 to 100) dob (date of birth) age firstname lastname email phone address zip_code city ip brand (domain name) Parameters: Every request requires authentication data. This is set with header Authorization, inBasic Auth format. Example: Ifusername is “demo” and password is “password”, then header should look like this: Authorization: Basic ZGVtbzpwYXNzd29yZA== sdate (start date) and edate (end date) parameters should be used when collecting data (YYYY-MM-DD).
