PHP Developer to fix bugs and add a few functions in my website in my websites

Skilled PHP developer needs to revise all my points and make sure he can complete all the requirements. I have the same website in 3 languages(English, Spanish,Greek) but they all run in different domains but they all have the same CMS style in English. I'm looking for a hard-worker to start with it asap and delivery all the points for all three websites within 5 days. You will work closely with me and my main developer. My budget is $100-150. - The requirements include: - Install SMTP authentication for autoresponders. - Fix some symbols that appear in some fields instead of Greek letters. - Setup GA (+ e-commerce tracking, and task manager). - Setup PayPal IPN and change sandbox to a live gateway. The customer uploads an order with his needs and then there are writers (sellers) that review the order and can place an offer on it (bid). Then the customer can get more information for each writer by checking their profile for more info and reviews from the past and at the same time chat with them through inbox. When the customer decides to work with someone in the website, he accepts the offer and gets transferred to the payment page to prepay for his order (we only use PayPal at the moment). Once the writer deliver the customer's order we release his payment.
