PHP - Multilevel Referrer system with compensation plan

Hello great minds, We need a developer that is experienced with multilevel / Referrer system to help us solve a MLM problem. This is a 3 by 6 matrix plan The requirements can be found on google doc with this url. [login to view URL] We have a project we are working on and we only need you to help us build the MLM part of the project. What you will be doing is just a subset of a complex project. The only thing we need from you is a library or an api that can solve the calculation problem of the MLM. We have already build our api that is handling the other part of the project and we are currently building a mobile app and web app that will connect to this api so what we need from you is just a PHP library that will accept data and process those calculations as explained in the document and save the result to mysql database so that we can query it later for result. Note that you are you are not required to design any user interface except the one you're using to test the library / api. What we need from you is a library that we can add to our existing source code and connect to it. We should be able to add new channel, get upliners, get downliners, get direct downline (e.g: first 3 downline) e.t.c Please find attached a sample database we are working with. You can add more columns or more table to it as you need to complete the task. Also find attached Some of the source code we started working with. You can either extend it or write your own afresh. Note that the data model later is Laravel Eloquent with a custom repository pattern while the controller layer is CodeIgniter. This is a purely api project. No interface is required from you.
