php script to start stop and restart a process, the program is run in /home/user/public_html, (this is not cpanel there is no panel ) , directory situation. The process is therefore owned by www-data there will be multiple instances of the same program running. so therefore the pid control must be excellent. The finish script will be a web page, having 3 buttons that will change colour green to red and back to green as the process cycles. I will be away from the keyboard many minutes after this post. so please write a proposal no proposal = no job
