PHPRunner Calendar Template customization for Timesheet Application

I am trying to develop a Timesheet application using PHPRunner (XlineSoft) tool. I have completed the design and data modeling, and 50% of the front-end forms development. I would like to use the calendar template to capture the weekly hours of employees. I am looking for someone who has extensively use PHPRunner tool to develop web applications and has used their Calendar template. Essentially, I would like to customize the calendar template to weekly calendar and capture the employee's hours booked for various project codes. In addition to hours and project code, I would like to records a few other fields (e.g. user's empno, status code, approver empno, etc.) through the custom buttons on the weekly calendar. All these information are recorded in a table (timesheet). User would be able to edit or view the timesheet based on the status code.
