This module is similar that I developed for 4plus Last year where you have a view with all your WO work orders and a dorm where you takes all actions. You have a workflow where WO are passing: reception, waiting, repairing, delivering.. About warehouse, you can use inventory and sales modules to invoicing your WO. We can relate a WO with a sales order where you specify services and products.
