Programming an Interface between Collmex (ERP) and Bitrix24

We are using 2 systems and need an interface, based on the open APIs, both systems offer.

Collmex is our ERP-, ordermanagement- and accounting tool.

We start usind Bitrix24 as communication and order-management tool for our distributors and more sales channels.

We need to get the following information synchronized between the two systems:

- New customers, offers and orders from bitrix to collmex (can be done with timer every hour)

- New customers, offers and orders from collmex to bitrix (can alse be every hour)

- Product details, like prices and stock levels from collmex to bitrix (best would be triggered on every change in collmex, but could also be every 30 minutes or every hour)

- if possible also invoices and delivery statements from collmex to bitrix (once a day is enough, but every hour would be also ok)

Collmex offers an open API incl. documentation on http-protocol basis (export can be triggered by a tool, like CURL) and bitrix uses the Rest API (open API).

It should be possible to trigger an export to a csv- or xls-File from one system and an import to the other system by using the HTTP-protocol.

But we are open to suggestions for a working system design.
