a programmmer

I have an online browser game that has most of the base game coded from a previous programmer and I am looking for a programmer to replace him. I offer a full 50% split of all profits from the game and I take care of everything except for the coding, from game design to formulas to moderating the game to advertising, etc. All you do is code. Currently the game is up and runs but it needs combat recoded, as the previous programmer didn't implement my combat system I designed and put in a basic one as a placeholder until he could get to it. Once combat is redone, the game is ready to relaunch in alpha and ready to advertise once again and generate revenue and I have a good core group of gamers waiting patiently for this to happen. After that, you would only need to fix bugs and a few other small things for the game that weren't originally finished and code in one major update every 2 months, the first 6 updates for year 1 are already detailed and outlined on the private forums I made that has all the game info on it. This is a unique game from other browser games as it has a developing and progressing game storyline that the players take part in, influence and change some factors of the game, no static game that only has your quests/xp/mobs going up constantly with nothing to show except new gear and skill points. Every bit of feedback I have received on the game concept and design has been overwhelmingly positive. I have 30+ years experience as a gamer and almost a decade of experience in game design. All I need now is the right partner to bring this to fruition and we will both make a lot of money. I have developed a strong presence in other online browser games over the years and many players will be coming to play once it is finished. These games all have static gameplay with no storyline or major updates and they still pull in 6 figures a year, consistently. We will split all that evenly, no greed here, just a willingness to share what I have created with the right person who can make it happen. This can also be easily adapted to an app if the market shows a need for it.
