Dear Freelancer, We’re looking to create an interactive cook book for our cooking appliance. The end goal would be for users to download our app and have access to a database full of recipes. The user will have the ability to easily navigate through our recipes using different search terms (i.e. type of meal, type of cuisines, dishes under certain calories, etc.). We have the ability to design all the screens of the App in house. We need a freelance coder to develop the API associated with this App. and depending on the talent / price, the freelancer has the option to design the app screens also. Below is an overview of the desired features and functionality we’d like to achieve from this App. Recipe Guide / Database: Cool and interactive methods for consumers to identify and discover new recipes. - Creative Filter Options Such As: type of cuisine, calorie counts, prep time Quick and Easy, Fast and Fit, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack, etc. - Recipes will be scalable according to how many portions are desired. - Key word searches - Save Method / Favorites / Bookmarks: Users should be able to save/bookmark favorite recipes - Nutritional Information (calories, perhaps protein/carbs/fat), and tags such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, ketogenic - Timer for cooking steps – so the User can get an alert on their phone when cooking is complete - Options should include a metric/imperial option as well Video Feed / Database System: - We’ll create a YouTube channel for air fryer recipes where we consistently feature video’s on how to prep recipe’s. - Integration or a simple process to duplicate the YouTube channel videos within our app - Spotlight section showing the current video that’s being showcased. - Users should also have the options to search and scroll through previous videos based on keywords / tags. Social Media Integration: User-friendly ways to share App’s shareable assets (i.e recipe’s videos etc..).
