Quora automation software (for asking questions)

I'm looking for someone who can write a script which will automate asking questions on Quora. I will provide a spreadsheet of information to use as questions, for example:
what is the best x in y?
x = park, restaurant, cafe, cinema
y = london, new york, tokyo
The script would post "what is the best cafe in new york"
The script needs to run on aws cloud computing, and be able to use a vpn. I need to be able to update the questions without changing the code, specify the delay between questions, pause and start the script, and specify the number of questions to be asked per day.
