Your website will allow borrowers and real estate owners to sign up on the website and then the borrowers can borrow houses from the realtors, is that it? If so, I think it's a SUPER idea. There is Air bnb but that's a lot different, I believe this can work great with good marketing. Anyway, I've done something similar for another site so this won't be a big hassle for me, I'll charge the quoted amount for everything, including the theme. Before, you hire me I will draw the mockups of the website free of cost so you can see what it will look like when you put me to the work, and after you are happy with the mockups we can finalize this deal.
