Record attendance in classroom

Our business segment is offline courses that’s regulated by the law. We have approx. 400-600 students attending every month. The courses vary from 1 day up to 14 days. We use WordPress and WooCommerce to sell places on the different courses. We also have a sales department taking bookings through phone. We use Microsoft Dynamics XRM 365 to keep track of everything. Normally we know the name of every student, but sometimes companies book 12 places without naming them. We have a registration process when they arrive at the course site. This registration is done through our WordPress powered website and gravity forms. We record attendance manually by crossing out on a piece of paper. This gets scanned and is a part of the documentation that will lead to a certification. We need help to develop a system where the instructor can Logon on and get a view of his class. Choose type of course (each course has different modules. And one module can be over several days) Register attendance per module and make a note if needed Register people manually. Delete registration. Print report.
