HI we already wrote a similar project with codeignitor which users can record interviews (it is a video interview site and part of function is face to a interview from home or any place ) and these get uploaded to a vps automatically where the red5 server resides. We used digital ocen vps servers for this. Thank you

Hello, I am Varun I have 4 ply's years of experience In building scalable applications using php and Php based frameworks such as laravel, codeignitor, cakephp and so on. i have worked on red5 before for creating live video recording using just normal Php and JavaScript. but since then laravel has grown a lot and it has good code implementation for red5 too. well to start with I need an Amazon web-services account or digital ocean will do too. and I need root access to the vps as an admin to i stall all the necessary libraries. and that's about it. for the web recording part I will use webrtc to capture webcam data from native browsers and stream this data using red5 which will act as an rtmp server and also save this data to the amazon s3 bucket. and make a database entry so that data can be retrieved on per user basis. since you don't need much designing going on, it is relatively straightforward forward. let me know if you need anymore clarification
